【Young Knitwear Designer’ Contest 2025】 CALL FOR ENTRY!
Co-organised by the Knitwear Innovation and Design Society (KIDS), Hong Kong Knitwear Exporters & Manufacturers Association (HKKEMA), and Hong Kong Woollen Knitting Manufacturers’ Association (HKWSKMA), with Clothing Industry Training Authority (CITA) as the contest secretariat, the “Young Knitwear Designer’ Contest 2025” (YKDC2025) is now calling for entries!
10 finalists are granted the opportunity to:
- CENTRESTAGE 2025 Fashion Show and Exhibition
- Shenzhen Fashion Show
- Retail opportunities through online and offline platforms
- Build connections in knitwear industry
Awards and Prizes:
- Total cash prizes over HK$50,000
- Free study trip to Seoul, Korea
Eligibility and Requirements:
- Residents of Hong Kong, Macau or other cities in the Greater Bay Area
- Aged 18 to 35 (as of the tentative entry deadline: 1 May)
- 8 sets of Knitwear Designs and Design Description (including Theme and Materials Description)
