Fashion cost structure consists of pre-production costs, materials, packaging, and then post-production losses, transportation, taxes, retail prices, etc. This workshop explains the entire fashion cost calculation process in a simple way, allowing participants to understand the components of fashion costs to calculate the total fashion cost. Participants will learn to effectively calculate and control fabric usage, evaluate factors that affect fashion costs, and how to reduce garment production costs.
