Continuing Education Fund (CEF)
The CEF subsidises adults with learning aspirations to pursue continuing education and training. Eligible applicants may submit unlimited number of claims for reimbursement of fees on successful completion of CEF reimbursable courses up to a maximum sum of HK$25,000. The co-payment ratios by learners (i.e. the percentage of fees to be borne by learners) for the first HK$10,000 subsidy is 20% of the course fee and that for the remaining HK$15,000 subsidy is 40% of the course fee.

New Industrialisation and Technology Training Programme (NITTP)
New Industrialisation and Technology Training Programme (NITTP) is a funding programme under the HKSAR Government’s Technology Talent Scheme that aims at subsidising local companies on a 2:1 matching basis to train their staff in advanced technologies, especially those related to “New Industrialisation”.

ERB Courses
Non-placement-tied courses are fee charging and fees payable are based on the amounts stipulated at the time of application. Unemployed (includes non-engaged) and applicants with nil or low income (monthly income at or below $14,000) can apply for course fee waiver. Applicants with monthly income higher than $14,000 can apply for course fee subsidies. “Highly Subsidised Fee” and “Normal Subsidised Fee” of individual courses will be payable respectively by applicants with monthly income between $14,001 and $22,000 and those with monthly income above $22,001.
