The Fashion Resource Centre (FRC) is a fashion platform established by the Clothing Industry Training Authority (CITA) to provide a comprehensive resource and learning environment for fashion designers, students and industry professionals. FRC is dedicated to fostering creativity, education, and industry collaboration, contributing to the future development of Hong Kong’s fashion industry.
FRC features with five specialised zones:
Antique Display Zone
Exhibits precious garment-making tools and machinery, showcasing the industry’s historical evolution
Fashion Showroom
Offers a space for designers to display their work and exchange ideas, inspiring creativity
Sustainable Fabric Library
Showcases and offers a variety of eco-friendly fabrics, promoting sustainable fashion concepts
Technology Zone
Equipped with advanced Style3D equipment and design software, as well as virtual fitting technology, to help designers realize their creative visions
Digital Printing Workshop
Provides state-of-the-art digital printing equipment, supporting designers in creating unique fabric patterns
Additionally, FRC offers multipurpose venues suitable for hosting exhibitions, lectures, and workshops, facilitating industry exchange and collaboration. We envision FRC becoming a vital resource center for fashion designers, students, researchers, and industry professionals, driving the continuous development and innovation of Hong Kong’s fashion industry.
