Application

Please apply online  or fill in “Application Form for Module Enrolment” and return the completed form together with tuition fee to the Clothing Industry Training Authority by:

  3. mail or in person (63 Tai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon)

Payment method

  1. Cheque or Cashier’s Cheque: Course fee can be paid by crossed cheque or cashier’s cheque made payable to “Clothing Industry Training Authority”. Please write down the applicant/student name and course name on the back of the cheque.
  2. PPS: The PPS Merchant Code No. is 9504. Please select “1″ (Tuition Fee) to settle the payment and fill in the phone no. and PPS payment reference no. for PPS transaction in part E of the “Application Form for Module Enrolment”.
  3. Payment at Convenience Store/Supermarket: Please make payment at any Circle K, VanGO Convenience Stores, CRVanguard Superstores or CRVanguard Shops in cash by presenting the barcode printed on the application form. Please write your full name, and course code / name on the reverse side of the receipt issued by convenience store/supermarket and return it to our office.
